Refund Policy

We want churches to feel safe trying Local Church Websites. If something goes wrong, email us and we will work with you fairly.

Within 14 days of purchase. If you have not gone live on a custom domain, you may request a full refund of the yearly fee (and setup fee, if charged). Contact onefocusmedia@me.com with your church name and PayPal receipt.

After go-live or after 14 days. Yearly fees are generally non-refundable because hosting and support have already begun. We may offer a partial credit or goodwill refund at our discretion for outages or billing errors on our side.

PayPal disputes. Please contact us first so we can fix the issue quickly. Refunds, when approved, are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
