Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Local Church Websites, you agree to these terms. The service provides website templates and hosting for churches on a yearly plan.

Your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your church information, photos, and links. Do not upload material you do not have rights to use.

Acceptable use. Sites are for church ministry use. Do not use the platform for illegal activity, spam, or content that harms others.

Renewal. Plans are billed once a year. We send reminder emails before renewal is due. If payment is missed, your site may enter a short grace period and then pause — your content is kept so you can renew and restore it.

Changes. We may update templates, features, and these terms as the product improves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
